Peggy came to us at just 4 months old from a violent home. She was in a home for some time, however this did not work out long term for a number of reasons that we will happily discuss with any serious applicants. 

Peggy is very affectionate once she trusts you, which is the key to her finding her forever home. Successful applicants must be willing to meet her and visit her a number of times at the kennels near Stevenage so that you become familiar to her. 

 

Peggy will need an experienced home, where boundaries and structure are enforced clearly, as otherwise she will assume her role in the home, and has a tendency to guard. She will make an excellent companion for someone experienced, willing to put some work in, the return being a bond like no other.

Peggy has become a firm favourite at the kennels, even hanging out with the staff watching the World Cup, and 'helping' prepare the other dogs' breakfasts. Whilst this is lovely, she really deserves a home of her own.
